Requirements:
As a Hartford, Connecticut-based Market Manager, your first mission will be to familiarize yourself with our business and the wide variety of energy efficiency programs with which we’re involved. This knowledge base, coupled with your knowledge of Co-op, SPIF and channel marketing work, preferably from NFPs or the sustainability industry, topped-off with superb client relationship management experience, will position you to be an effective liaison to our internal program teams, utility clients and program partners. Senior Construction Manager – Higher Education Facilities

Senior Program Management Support Role: Supporting the Senior Project Management team the PMO shall provide executive level program management by providing a senior level PMO executive who will advise on overall program implementation including:
Review and recommendations on the implementation, scheduling, coordination of the at the Tech Park project.
Program risk analysis and management (including review of the Project Execution Plan)
Program Critical Path Schedule analysis, management, and reporting including a Master Program Schedule to include all design, preconstruction, construction, and occupancy activities.
Program budget analysis, management, and reporting including a Master Program Budget. The Master Program Budget is intended to capture all costs of the projects and serve as reporting tool and enable control of all project costs.
Advising on mitigation of campus impacts due to construction activities.
Reporting to client governing boards and committees as needed.
Prepare and submit a monthly Program Status Summary providing an executive overview of the schedule and financial posture of the projects. The Program Status Report will address key issues requiring action, a description of the design status, as well as schedule and budget updates.
Project will include new construction, roadway and infrastructure improvements. All construction will incorporate best practices of sustainability with a goal of LEED Silver for each project. The projects that the PMO firm(s) may be engaged with include but are not limited to the following:

Research and Technology Parks are facilities, or clusters of facilities, that drive technology-led economic development by creating partnerships between research universities and industry. These parks are located adjacent to research universities and support the growth of existing companies by offering proximity and access to advanced technology, faculty expertise, and potentially engaged students. The collaborations that result from these partnerships often lead to innovations and discoveries with commercial applications, create new jobs, and generate federal and industry research grants.

Requirements
Basic and Required Qualifications:
Minimum years of experience: 15 years
Education required: BS degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related degree.
Registrations/Certifications required: LEED AP
Skills required: experience in managing large design and construction programs for clients with specific experience in renovation, historic preservation, and hospitality projects, overall program implementation experience including: Scheduling, cost analysis, risk analysis and managing, planning design, preconstruction, construction, and occupancy activities, new construction, roadway and infrastructure improvement projects.
Additional and Preferred Qualifications:This position does requires travel. Travel amount is negligible. A valid driver’s license and clean driving record is required for this position.
This position does not manages others.

National/International Positions
